Project Strategy
Winther Johnson Robinson Architects and Patricia Finlayson Design were charged with revitalizing ReSound’s 10 year old space to attract and retain the best technical and highly skilled employees. Minnesota is a region of the country where the demand for top health care technicians well outweighs the supply; therefore employee retainage is vital. Tandus’ Inline and Rousette carpet tile patterns along with Plexus Colour Powerbond accents were custom colored in Antron to subtly introduce their corporate red. Floors by Beckers installed small phases for 32 nights to avoid any downtime for the customer. ReSound has very sensitive manufacturing areas adjacent to the work performed where dust or disruption was not allowed. Goals were accomplished with efficient space planning and several amenity areas that meet collaborative work styles of today’s office environments. The end result was a visually creative, fun and functional setting installed with no disruption to business operations and manufacturing.
