Project Strategy
AVI Systems Headquarters and Elevated Learning Center in Eden Prairie, MN – our design was rooted in a hexagonal geometry. Because of this, standard carpet shapes and sizes such as squares and rectangles were competing with the angles and design of the space. We worked closely with Tandus to select colors and patterns that would meet our sustainability standards and have the ability to be customized to reflect the geometries of the overall space. The end result was equilateral triangles in a range of gray tones for the field carpet and bold accent colors mixed in to indicate collaboration areas and departmental zoning. BECKERS installation team was able to complete the complex design vision without issue. The end user loves the finished design environment and the facility has had over the top reviews by staff and clients alike.
